The Place Taichung

I stayed here for a night on a quick weekend getaway, and I felt right at home. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the meticulous housekeeping made my room sparkling clean. The location near the National Museum of Fine Arts is superb, with plenty of nearby restaurants to enjoy. I loved the included breakfast, which had a great selection. Plus, the parking facilities were convenient. It’s also a joy to see the greenery outside my room!

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Fairly clean place with magnificent view of park. Easy to get to, marvellous and perfect location near the fine art museum, culture center and library with a pretty park, and Taichung...

Quiet atmosphere, caring and excellent employees with good service. Variety of options, fabulous food. New-fashioned double room with views of the park.

I got great value for my money with a spacious and comfortable room. The location is fantastic, close to art museums and the staff was super friendly and efficient.

Breakfast selection could use more variety in options.

The service at this hip new hotel was good. Food was great and I stayed in the a double room, it was modern. Comfortable beds, central heating, a private safe and flat-screen TV were a nice touch. The venue was in a favourable location, in the middle of jackson. There was cafe Ashare Cafe, that I found within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel.

The location is good and perfect and very close to the fine art museum, culture center and library, and the park. No reason to complain, we will certainly stay here again if in Taichung.

Had a great stay! The hotel is super clean and roomy, plus the design is modern and stylish. Loved being so close to the National Museum of Fine Art and Calligraphy Greenway-perfect for exploring! Breakfast was tasty, and I really appreciated the friendly staff who made me feel welcome. The shower had amazing water pressure, which was a nice treat after a long day.

On the downside, the soundproofing could definitely use some work; I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. There were a few restless nights because of it, which made it hard to get some good sleep. the location is a bit far from the HSR and bigger night markets, so just keep that in mind!

I had a fantastic weekend stay! The hotel is super conveniently located right next to the National Museum of Fine Arts and close to cute cafes and restaurants. I loved the clean, simple room, and the shower had amazing water pressure! Plus, the complimentary breakfast was tasty, and the unique zebra-themed decor in the restaurant was such a fun touch. The service was courteous and hassle-free, making everything a breeze!

On the downside, the soundproofing could definitely use some improvement. I could hear doors slamming and voices in the hallway, which was a bit annoying at times. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs to ensure a good night’s rest. overall, it was a super enjoyable stay!

This hotel offers a very roomy and well-lit unit, complete with a coffeemaker and fridge, and is conveniently located just a short walk from St Anne's Church.

The Place Taichung is a modern hotel with a great location in the heart of Taichung. the rooms are immaculate and well-maintained, equipped with central heating, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV. Some rooms offer wonderful views of the surroundings.

The hotel had helpful staff with good service. My room included a safe, cable channels, and a refrigerator. - Really enjoyed having a bidet in my separate bathroom. - the location is excellent, right in the heart of Jackson.

The room is clean and immaculate, with a particularly good view of the park. the hotel offers a great location in the middle of Jackson. - the staff are exceptionally nice and really friendly, managing the parking on-site.
